Ideal Service technicians have received factory training through several manufacturers, and have hand on experience with many more. We strive to be a solution to all of your drive problems.  We attempt to make the repair process as efficient as possible, saving you money and downtime.

• First contact us and give us a brief explanation of the current problem.
• Next we will determine best course of action.
• Sometimes we can solve your problems over the phone, if that is not possible we will dispatch one of our experienced field service technicians.

We bill at a very affordable and competitive level:
Labor is $120 per hour. (pricing subject to change)
Travel is $110 per hour roundtrip. (pricing subject to change)

*Standard billing is considered from 7am to 5pm weekdays.
For Non-Standard billing (Holidays and weekends) we charge at a time and half.
